This is an all-dialogue chapter. There some code at the top, so it's probably what was recorded by the female cubicle robot while Hugo and Hogwild were talking.
Hugo explains to Hogwild the situation about Allison and Margaret Ball and the piece of paper. Hugo says that if they get the Document, then Hogwild can have it and use it to get a leg up in the company. They kind of have a nice little moment, then it's over.
