Well, not sure what the hold up was but we're back. This chapter is told from the perspective of Allison Hull, Hugo's sister. She's pretty annoyed that Hugo took off and is basically just in a huff about it. And then that night she has a dream about pirates and she wakes up thinking that Hugo is dead.
